Archi Build won two regional awards for this Wanaka home that blends clever shapes and seamless design with low-maintenance sustainable materials.
Behind Archi Build are Tom and Kelly Dupont, who say they couldn’t do what they do without the support of their ‘lads’ and contractors.
“It was our first time entering the Master Builders House of The Year awards and we were delighted to win a regional Gold Award and the lifestyle Kitchen Excellence Award, and then get told we also made the Top 100!
“It was incredible to be rewarded with the awards, as all of our team and our subcontractors put so much time and energy into what they do, and the results show.”
The Future Of Archi Build
The pair look forward to the future of Archi Build Ltd, with some amazing builds currently underway and in the pipeline. “We’re excited to watch them evolve from the ground up!”
In the past few years, Archi Build has faced events it has never navigated before, but it has only bounced back stronger. “We feel things have stabilised, and we’re charging on with our work with good momentum and a positive, enthusiastic mindset,” they say.
“In the Central Otago region, we are still experiencing growth, and with growth comes building opportunities in both commercial and residential areas. We’re working with some fantastic architects, and it’s a real privilege to make this vision come to life.”
